| KingdomLife is a true kingdom model in the sense that it is not led by one person, but by a team of people. The core leadership of the ministry consists of three groups of people – the apostolic/elder team, the governing board, and the apostolic/prophetic advisory board. The apostolic/elder team provides day to day oversight of the responsibilities of the ministry, the governing board provides oversight in policy-making and execution of ministry planning, and the apostolic/prophetic advisory board provides counsel and input for overall direction of the ministry. In addition to the leadership team, KingdomLife is also covered by the Federation of Ministers and Churches International (FMCI) led by Apostle Jim & Jean Hodges. FMCI provides accountability and oversight of the overall KingdomLife mandate by supporting its vision and implementing strategies that strengthen the core leadership. Together, the leadership team advances the kingdom of God by overseeing the model called KingdomLife and by ensuring that it is moving forward in the right direction. |
